Airboxfilters.com guarantees your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date, provided the Product IS UNUSED and in it’s original packaging. We will refund the full purchase price, excluding the shipping and handling costs. In order to return an item you must e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address, order number and reason for return. We will then issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will not accept returns unless an, RA# has been issued. We will only issue a refund once the goods have been received. We will not accept returns on used items and without original packaging.
ORDER CANCELLATIONIf you change your mind about an order and would like to cancel or change an order, please e-mail us at email@example.com or to 1-888-327-2251 Ext. 28 and make sure to include your order number. We will do our best to fulfill your request so long as the order has not yet shipped. If it has shipped, and you would like to return your order or part of your order, then you must follow our return policy procedures as stated above.
All orders are shipped by bonded carriers via ground shipping. Please allow 2 business days for order processing. Ground shipping should take between 3-7 business days. Please note that shipping time frames are calculated from the day the package leaves the warehouse, not from the day the order was placed. If you would like to choose an expedited shipping method at additional cost, contact: firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote. (Note: shipping costs are for dock-to-dock delivery only. Lift gate or special off-loading requirements, equipment will be charged separately)
Shipping Damage must be reported within one week of receipt. Please notify us, and we will file a claim to investigate the broken product and then ship you new and/or replacement parts, ONLY if determined that improper shipping was the cause. In the event you received the incorrect products, notify us immediately and we will send you a return shipping label. Once you have shipped the incorrect products back to us, we will promptly send you out the correct products.
If you receive a package and you believe the item to have been damaged in transit upon its delivery, please refuse the package from the driver. If you are not able to refuse the damaged shipment, please take pictures of the outer packaging and item(s) and send them to email@example.com within 72 hours. Please reference your order # and name it was placed under so that we can review and assist you as quickly as possible. Once pictures are received, typically a replacement will be sent out right away. If for any reason we cannot send a replacement, we will issue you credit.
After returning an item for refund, you can expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), Processing time (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days). You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are not within the 30-day return window, you will only be eligible for item repair/replace under warranty.
