Note: Air Box 4 and Air Box 4+ filter units are stacked high on skids for shipping to ensure their protection and prevent any damage during transit.
Additionally, bundles, which include Air Box units and inline fans, may ship from different locations. As a result, one product may arrive before the other.

Room volume is the cubic footage of the room. To calculate this, multiply the length, width, and height of the room.
Number of air changes per hour is the number of times you want the air in the room to be replaced in an hour. (A good rule of thumb is to aim for 2-3 air changes per hour).
60 is the number of minutes in an hour.
For example:
If a room is 10 feet long, 12 feet wide, and 8 feet high, the room volume would be 960 cubic feet. If you want the air in the room to be replaced 2 times per hour, you would need a fan with a CFM rating of 320.
CFM = (960 cubic feet * 2 air changes per hour) / 60 minutes per hour = 320 cubic feet per minute

The actual CFM requirements to ventilate a room may vary depending on a number of factors, such as the number of people in the room, the activities taking place in the room, and the type of ventilation system in the room.
