Processing can take up to (5) business days for in-stock Air Box units and replacement filters and up to (4) weeks for custom-built orders.
We offer a flat rate for shipping which will be clearly indicated at check-out. Based on fluctuating gas prices and shipping costs, it’s important to note that freight quotes may vary on shipment date due to fuel costs and other additional fees. We want to be transparent and will notify you ahead of time if there is a change in shipping or freight cost.
US CUSTOMERS: All orders are shipped by bonded carriers. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Ground/ Freight shipping should take up to 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping time frames are calculated from the day the package leaves the warehouse NOT from the day the order was placed. CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: All orders shipped in Canada are sent via bonded carriers and ground/ freight service will take up to 5 days to process and 5-7 business days to deliver. Standard charges for shipping within the continental United States and Canada are applicable. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOXES. If the customer is not there to receive a package, our carrier will make (3) attempts OR if the area is deemed to be safe they will leave the package at the door. After (3) delivery attempts the package will be returned and the customer will be refunded the cost of the item, minus the cost of shipping. The same conditions apply if a customer refuses a package. FOR ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO, a surcharge will apply for shipments to these areas. The time frame will depend on which zone the goods are shipped to; airboxfilters.com cannot offer flat rate shipping to these areas. Please contact us at 1-888-327-2251 Ext: 28 for a special freight quote to these areas. For Canadian orders the shipping company can Be FEDEX, TFORCE or A BONDED CARRIER OF OUR CHOICE.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: Shipping damage must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Please notify us, and we will file a claim to investigate the damage and then ONLY ship new OR replacement parts if determined that improper shipping was the cause. In the event you received the incorrect product, notify us immediately and we will send you a return shipping label. Once you have shipped the incorrect product back to us, we will promptly send you out the correct product.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. If you need more help tracking your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. TAXES AND DUTIES: airboxfilter.com must charge sales tax on any orders shipped to addresses within the state of New York, British Columbia, Quebec and Ontario. Each customer shall be responsible for brokerage and/or fees and taxes required by the local where the product is shipped.
