Airboxfilter.com reserves the right, without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity of any item ordered. All orders are subject to credit card approval, and all items are limited to supply on hand. Customer is responsible for paying any freight charge and restocking fee caused by refused shipment or unclaimed goods. It is customer's responsibility to verify accuracy and completeness of an order by reviewing order confirmation e-mail. Airboxfilter.com is not responsible for non-receipt of communication e-mails due to incorrectly entered email address, spam block or any other e-mail failures. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing the order, please contact our customer service to make us aware of the problem and to verify validity of the email address on file.

WarrantyAll of Airboxfilter.com products shipped to US and Canada are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of invoice (date when order was picked up by the freight carrier). Warranty is voided without receipt or invoice. Refer to Return Policy for warranty claim procedure. There is no warranty for physically damaged items, which may have cracks, missing pins, or burn marks or other obvious physical damage. Any items found to be abused, misused, mishandled, modified or altered, damaged by power surges, floods, brownouts, or other natural disasters are not covered by manufacturer warranty. Warranty sticker and serial numbers must be intact on all returned merchandise. Repaired or replaced RMA items carry the original warranty of the product. If a replacement is not available, Airboxfilter.com reserves the right to repair the products, replace with similar products of equal or greater value or offer upgraded products at a minimum fee, if the item has been discontinued from our product line. Airboxfilter.com accepts no liability with respect to any software or data contained in any products or parts sold by or returned. We do not offer cross shipping. In order to receive a replacement in lieu of a refund, you must place a new order for the new item and get a confirmation via email from Airboxfilter.com that your order was accepted specifically as an exchange.
